Returns / Refunds Policy

The customer may only return goods to the company if defective. For this purpose the customer must contact customer service to receive an RMA (return mail authority). The company will not accept returns without an RMA. All returns must be carefully packed. The customer is responsible for shipping charges, insurance and safe delivery for any item under this RMA. The RMA must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging or will be refused.

If an item is deemed to be faulty we will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, including any relevant delivery charges and including reasonable costs of returning the product to us.


Warranty

Unless otherwise sated, the company guarantees all goods to be free from any defects. If goods are found to be defective the company may repair or replace hem within a reasonable time. Any claims under this section will only be accepted after the goods are within the control and possession of the company.


Exclusions

The company does not give a warranty for any damage however caused to goods after delivery for any reason nor does it warranty any goods fit for any particular purpose.
